16 March 2026 – Dublin, Ireland — Limited (“IAT”) is pleased to announce its role in arranging the acquisition and ongoing lease management of a portfolio of 10x Airbus A330F aircraft, which are currently on lease to Air and operated by . The aircraft were purchased from funds managed by and were acquired on behalf of funds managed by and financed by . IAT will provide ongoing lease administration and asset management services.

This transaction marks a further milestone for IAT, adding dedicated widebody freighter aircraft to its serviced portfolio, starting a new relationship with Amazon and further enhancing our existing partnership with Alaska Airlines. The acquisition also reinforces IAT’s important and expanding portfolio with Blue Owl.

The deal builds on the January 2026 announcement that IAT and Blue Owl would enter the LessorCare+ program with , strengthening the relationship between the parties and the underwriting of the subject aircraft.
