IAT Leasing announces the acquisition of two (2) A330 aircraft leased to IAG group airlines.

02 October   2025 – Dublin, Ireland: Independently owned leasing platform IAT Leasing Limited ("IAT") is delighted to announce its role in two recent aircraft acquisitions, both purchased using funds managed by a US Alternative Investment Asset Manager.

In June 2025 IAT facilitated the acquisition of a 2008 vintage A330-300 aircraft, currently leased to Aer Lingus, identified by manufacturer’s serial number 893. This is the second such purchase of aircraft on lease to Aer Lingus from funds managed by a leading aircraft manager.

Additionally, in August 2025 IAT managed the acquisition of a 2012 vintage A330-200 aircraft, currently leased to Iberia identified by manufacturer’s serial number 1319, from Stratos on behalf of a US Institutional Alternative Investment Management firm.

This increases the number of IAG Group fleet under management by IAT to four aircraft and further enhances IAT’s role as a trusted servicer in the aviation market.
